How Your Job Is Run

  • One lead throughout

The person who plans your job with you stays on it until the last room is handed back.

  • Room downtime in writing

A written schedule shows which weeks each room is torn up and when it's yours again.

  • Extras wait for you

Added work arrives as a written price, and none of it gets built until you sign.

  • A sealed-off work area

Covered floors, plastic at the doorways, and a swept work zone before the crew leaves each day.

What We Build

Whole-home renovations and basement finishes are our main focus, with kitchens and bathrooms close behind. Whichever card fits your project, the setup behind it is identical: a single lead, a written schedule and one number to call.

  • Construction work on a residential remodel

    Whole-Home Renovations

Several rooms or the whole floor plan reworked as one job, with one lead sequencing every trade so walls open only once.

  • Basement with exposed joists before finishing

    Basement Finishing & Remodeling

A moisture check comes first; after that, framing, wiring and finishes make the space downstairs a den, workspace or spare bedroom.

  • Remodeled bathroom with new tile and fixtures

    Bathroom Remodeling

Leaky showers, dated tile and tired vanities replaced, with the subfloor inspected at tear-out and your no-shower days known in advance.

  • Updated kitchen with fresh cabinetry and lighting

    Kitchen Remodeling

Fresh cabinetry, new countertops, brighter task lighting or a rearranged floor plan, with cabinets ordered early to shorten your time without a kitchen.

  • Freshly painted room with clean walls and trim

    Interior & Exterior Painting

Rooms, trim and cabinets inside, or the walls and trim outside, with filling, scraping and primer handled before the color.

  • New roof trusses framed for a home addition

    Home Additions

A bedroom, bigger family room or primary suite built onto the house you already own, tied in so it looks original.

  • Small accessory dwelling unit on a residential lot

    ADU Construction

A cottage out back, a suite off the house or a garage made livable, each with its own kitchen, bath and entrance.

Three Habits Your Lead Keeps

One person running the job only works if that person keeps a few habits without being asked. These are ours. Once the job wraps up, a one-year warranty covers our work.

  • A Calendar You Can Read

Ahead of day one, the weeks are laid out on paper so you can see what's planned for each. Progress updates follow as the job moves, and a question you phone in gets a prompt call back.

  • Your Signature Before Extras

If you change your mind or the house turns something up, your lead writes out the added work and its price. It goes ahead once you sign it, and not a day sooner.

  • The Rest of the House Stays Yours

Runners go down on the floors the crew walks, plastic seals off the work zone, and the area is cleaned before everyone leaves. The rooms you're still living in stay livable.

Three Steps, One Person

The same lead carries your project through every step below, so nothing has to be retold along the way.

  1. We Talk on the Phone

Tell us about the house, the rooms you want changed and the timing you have in mind. We explain how a job of that kind runs and who would be running yours.

  2. Scope and Calendar on Paper

When it looks like a good match, we visit to measure and see the space. Then the scope, the price and the dates come to you in writing, to go over at your own pace before signing.

  3. Your Lead Runs the Build

Crews are booked, materials arrive in order and you hear how things are going. At the end you walk the finished rooms together, and anything you flag gets fixed.

Tired of Being the Messenger?

Some remodels turn the homeowner into a go-between, carrying questions from one crew to the next. On a call we'll explain who would run your project and how that person keeps you in the picture.

The Towns We Drive To

We're based in Snellville and take on remodels across Grayson, Lilburn, Loganville, Lawrenceville and Stone Mountain. Keeping the drives short lets your lead check the work in person, not just by phone.

Five Questions We Hear Often

What exactly is an ADU, and could my lot have one?

Think of it as a compact extra home on your property: a sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom behind a door of its own. It might be a cottage in the backyard, a wing built against the main house or a converted garage. County or city zoning decides whether your property can have one and how large, so we check that before anyone sketches a layout.

How many weeks will we be without the bathroom?

Plan around a few weeks of work for an ordinary bath, with the clock starting once the tile, fixtures and vanity are all in hand. Moving the shower drain, replacing a soft subfloor or waiting on custom glass adds to that. Your written schedule names the days you'll need to shower elsewhere, and for a household's main bath, the work is ordered to keep those days few.

Should we build an addition or just move?

Ask what's actually wrong. If you like the street and the yard and the house is simply a bedroom short or the kitchen too small, adding on is worth pricing. Compare its written cost and the months of building with what selling would cost you: commission, closing costs, the move itself and a new mortgage. We can talk through what an addition on your house would involve.

How will I know what's happening once work starts?

Through your project lead. Before the first day of work you'll have the schedule in writing; after that, updates come as each stage wraps up or a date moves. Questions you phone in go straight to the person running the job, and calls are returned promptly. Nobody makes you hunt down whoever happened to be on site that day.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

Most kitchens take several weeks of work, and cabinet delivery sets much of the pace, which is why cabinets are ordered before demolition. A kitchen that keeps its sink and range where they are moves faster than one losing a wall or gaining an island. Countertops can't be templated until the lower cabinets are installed, so expect a pause there. Your schedule shows how long to plan on cooking elsewhere.

No Relay Between You and the Job

Home Remodeling Snellville is set up so the person you plan the job with is the person who runs it. Your lead books the trades, keeps the schedule, writes up any change and walks the finished rooms with you.

You don't need drawings or a set budget to pick up the phone. Know roughly which rooms you'd change and when you'd like the work done, and we'll talk through how the job would run and who'd be running it.
